Frequently asked questions
Does Zhmêr work offline?
Yes. Sales, stock and accounting run on your own computer. Only the license is checked with our server from time to time, which needs internet occasionally.
How many computers can one license be installed on?
One license is for one computer. A second computer needs its own license.
What are the limits of the demo?
The demo lasts 1 day and allows 1 product, 3 customers, 5 invoices and 1 user. Its data is erased at the end. Buy a license for real use.
What if my business grows later?
Upgrade your plan and the extra features unlock; your existing data stays.
Where is my data stored?
On your own computer. You can back it up and restore it at any time.
Does Zhmêr file taxes or connect to government systems?
No. Zhmêr is a record-keeping and calculation tool. Submitting invoices to tax authorities, cheque management and instalment sales are not part of the current version.
How does support work?

Windows shows an “unknown publisher” warning. Is it safe?
The installer does not have a commercial code-signing certificate yet, so Windows may warn you. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”, and download the file only from this site or our official channel.
